Dr. Emily Teck AKA “Miss Emily” works with families, educators and synagogue leadership to engage, connect and grow community through workshops, residencies, consulting, and leading meaningful, musical celebrations for kids and families.
Musical, Meaningful Programs for Kids and Grown Ups
Jewish, joyful experiences that engage and educate children and families in your community through music and movement.
Participatory, reflecting learning experiences customized to meet the unique needs of learners that match to the goals of your organization and/or event. Audiences include clergy, teachers, parents, specialists, and teens.
Emily blends her experience and expertise as an educator, scholar, and musician to design residency weekends with congregations that blend those identities into the facilitation of an experience that offers Jewish education, Jewish scholarship, and Jewish music.
Residency and Consulting Congregational Clients:
Communities that host residencies, workshops, and musical programs can maximize the impact of their event by adding a consulting engagement to complement their service.
Consulting engagements can be designed to include both online and/or in-person opportunities. If you are committed to increasing and improving the ways you and your community invites young children and their families to join your Jewish community, a consulting package can be designed to meet your needs and your budget to optimize the impact of your willingness to invest in this population.
